Win some lose some…. Sometimes you win some, and sometimes you lose some. In this situation, we had a landowner who was checking their deer cameras and buried their side-by-side. We were able to quickly recover and allow them to get back to more productive activities.
In this particular property, the landowner had an old pond that was created over 40 years ago. This pond had provided much enjoyment for many years for the family however, as it happens, sometimes age and neglect allowed the pond to become overgrown with woody vegetation upon its levees. The use of a medium sized excavator and mulching head, allow us to clean up this pond so that the landowner can access this and enjoy the memories that were made for many years.
This project was a lot of fun. This particular location was an old duck hole that had a lot of woody vegetation such as Button Willows as well as Giant Cut Grass. We were able to mow and remove these undesirables to expose old duck hole once again.
